Making the transition from California to Tennessee long before making the transition from California to Tennessee was cool, Ryan Hall along with his wife and two kids do life with the sole purpose of pointing people to Jesus - pure and simple. Just about every song that Ryan is part of comes from a place of worship, a direct outpouring of what has happened in the secret place between him and the Lord. Influenced musically by the likes of Roo Panes, Josh Garrels, and Will Reagan, much of Ryan’s songwriting is birthed out of time praying or straight from scripture, then fleshed out in worship settings where he gets to see the songs come to life. He views the whole process as “journals for seasons in His presence”. Having rich ties to Pasadena International House of Prayer (PIHOP), one of Hall’s greatest accomplishments has been to help open and lead the Franklin Prayer House located in downtown Franklin, TN as well as seeing that same vision play out in the UK and France where he spends several months a year ministering and creating alongside his family. Ryan’s proudest creations include the songs he has recorded with his wife, Karen, such as Filled With Light, The Manger, Long After, and an EP titled The Voyage, Vol. 1. He’s also collaborated as a songwriter and artist with the Writing Worship Community headed up by Krissy Nordhoff. Wherever you find Ryan, you can bet that he is pouring into, serving, or championing someone with his whole heart.
