A Texas native at heart, Erica - along with her husband and their three sons - has called Nashville home since the end of 2016. Since relocating to Nashville, Erica has been afforded opportunities within the Christian music industry that she never could’ve orchestrated herself. After spending a couple of years managing the ministry and professional world of renowned songwriter, Michael Farren, she went on to work for Bethel Music for the better part of the next 4 years, learning and growing in her industry knowledge and influence. In April of 2023, Erica jumped into her role as Head of Label Operations and Artist Development for a brand new Christian label called DVout Music, where she has gotten to use her robust experience to help build and develop DVout from the ground up. She also sits on the Awards & Criteria Committee for the GMA Dove Awards. But among all the amazing opportunities she’s had over the last 7 years, her first love has been and always will be leading people in worship. Though no longer on staff, Erica continues to serve at her home church in Franklin regularly, helping create atmospheres for people to encounter the presence of God.
